Lessons are scheduled and paid monthly. We can not schedule or hold a time slot unless your lesson is paid in advance.

Peterborough Music Company,LLC is constantly adding more teachers. If you don't see something you are interested in, please ask.
1) Lessons must be paid at the time of scheduling. We can not schedule a lesson with our teachers unless the appointment is paid.
2) All lessons are one half hour at the rate indicated above. However, lesson rates may vary depending on the teacher and instrument. The rates above are subject to change at anytime.
3) Please read our lesson policy on the reverse side of this form.
Failure to contact Peterborough Music Company, LLC 24 hrs prior to a scheduled lesson is considered a NO SHOW. NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE LESSON AND WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED OR REFUNDED.

LESSON PROGRAM POLICY

Lessons are scheduled and paid monthly. We can not schedule or hold a time slot unless your lesson is paid in advance.
HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR LESSONS: Please be prepared for your lessons by bringing your instrument and materials such as books, notes, drumsticks, practice material, etc. These items are important elements in learning progression.
CANCELLATIONS: Peterborough Music Company, LLC requires 24 hr advance notice if a student is not able to attend their scheduled lesson. Sick cancellations must be left on the store's answering machine prior to the store's opening. In the event of a teacher's absence, Peterborough Music Company, LLC will contact the student and arrange a make up lesson at an alternate date.
MAKEUP LESSONS: Peterborough Music Company, LLC will provide a makeup lesson only if the cancellation requirements are met. All monthly balances must be paid in full in order to schedule any makeup lessons. Canceled makeup lessons will result in the loss of the lesson and will not be rescheduled. Make up lessons are void once the student is removed from our schedule or the end of the monthly session is reached.
SCHOOL VACATIONS: Peterborough Music Company, LLC teaches lessons on all school vacations on our regular schedule and regular policy applies.
HOLIDAYS: There are no lessons on the following holidays: NEW YEARS DAY, MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY, PRESIDENTS DAY, MEMORIAL DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, LABOR DAY, THANKGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, NEW YEARS EVE.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: In the event of poor weather, call Peterborough Music Company, LLC to inquire about lesson cancellation. If the studios remain open, regular policy applies. If lessons have been canceled due to poor weather conditions or any other emergency, we will leave a message on the store's answering machine. Lessons are not rescheduled.
